Replacement Policy
Eligibility: Must share valid proof (unboxing video/photos) within 7 days of delivery. Product must be unused and in original packaging.
Non-Replaceable Items: Installed hygiene products (e.g., hand dryers, soap dispensers), consumables (e.g., sanitizer cartridges), custom items, gift cards, and clearance stock are not eligible.
Process: Email in@euronics.co.in with your order ID, delivery date, issue description, and supporting photos/videos. Our team will verify and arrange pickup within 2–3 working days.
Shipping: Replacements are free if we are at fault. Customer is responsible for shipping if item fails inspection. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
