Replacement Policy
Replacement Only: Replacements are allowed within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged or incorrect. No returns or refunds are accepted.
Eligibility: Must share valid proof (unboxing video/photos) within 7 days of delivery. Product must be unused and in original packaging.
Non-Replaceable Items: Installed hygiene products (e.g., hand dryers, soap dispensers), consumables (e.g., sanitizer cartridges), custom items, gift cards, and clearance stock are not eligible.
Process: Email in@euronics.co.in with your order ID, delivery date, issue description, and supporting photos/videos. Our team will verify and arrange pickup within 2–3 working days.
Shipping: Replacements are free if we are at fault. Customer is responsible for shipping if item fails inspection. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Its solid construction is joint-free, enabling it to withstand loads up to 1000 kg. The cistern is debris-proof, featuring a stainless steel filter to block debris from entering, and a sloping surface inside to ensure any debris slides out. With a low filling time, the tank fills in less than a minute at 3 Bar pressure, and it does so silently to avoid disturbing your loved ones. Its flexible installation offers a 4-way inlet for easy setup under any water supply setting—top, back, left, or right—allowing for back-to-back installation. The unique shape and slim design of the flush valve ensure easy servicing if needed. The cistern provides a full flush of 6L, which can be controlled to 4L, and a half flush of 3L, controllable to 2L. It includes a flush plate and comes with a 1-year warranty.
