Warranty Overview

EURONICS products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects, as detailed in the warranty period specified below. This warranty is governed by the terms and conditions outlined in this document. Below is a comprehensive warranty chart that details the coverage for various product categories

Care and Cleaning Guidelines

Air Curtains

  • Restricted Installation Locations:
Air curtains should not be installed in environments like paint workshops or washing areas, as exposure to paint fumes, moisture, and chemicals can damage the equipment and void the warranty.
  • Protection from Direct Rain:
Air curtains should not be installed in open areas where they are exposed to direct rain. Water exposure can lead to electrical damage and malfunction, which is not covered under warranty.
  • Kitchen Use Precautions:
If an air curtain is used in a kitchen environment, it may accumulate grease and oil over time, leading to blower jams or breakdowns. Damage from such buildup is not covered under warranty.
