Refund policy

We aim to provide a smooth shopping experience and stand by the quality of our products. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions and processes for returns, exchanges, and refunds. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms.

  1. Returns

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain Euronics products and services are not eligible for return. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Products used for personal hygiene and sanitation, such as hand dryers, soap dispensers, and urinal sensors, once installed.
  • Consumable or refillable items, including fragrance refills and sanitizer cartridges.
  • Custom or special-order items tailored to specific requirements.
  • Gift cards or promotional credits.
  1. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

  1. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same model, please email in@euronics.co.in and send the product to:

Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted. Examples include:

  • Products that show signs of installation or use.
  • Items returned without original packaging or documentation.
  • Products damaged or missing components not due to our error.
  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email confirming receipt and notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; processing times vary.
  3. Contact your bank if there are delays in posting.

  1. Shipping for Returns

Please note:

  • Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
