Fragrance Dispensers
EA44 Aerosol Dispenser (Digital LCD)
An automatic fragrance dispenser is a wall-mounted aerosol unit that releases a measured scent spray at programmed intervals, used to maintain consistent air freshness in commercial washrooms, lobbies, and high-footfall spaces without manual effort.
Walk into a hotel washroom or a corporate office restroom and the air quality registers within seconds. Nobody articulates it. But a stale or odour-heavy space is noticed by every person who walks through. Euronics fragrance dispensers are installed across IGI Airport Terminal 3, Unity One Mall chains, corporate campuses, and hospitality facilities across India as part of a complete washroom automation system, not as a standalone add-on.
Types of Fragrance Dispensers
Spaces differ in size, footfall, and control requirements. One format doesn't cover everything.
Automatic Aerosol Dispenser
Timer-based spray at preset intervals:
5, 15, or 30 minutes. No manual activation, no staff involvement between refills. Standard specification for washrooms, hotel lobbies, office corridors, and any commercial space needing consistent odour control through the day.
LCD Digital Fragrance Dispenser
Programmable timer with LCD display. Day, night, and 24-hour operation modes. Spray frequency adjustable per location and footfall. For facilities that want granular control over fragrance output across multiple units.
LED Model Aerosol Dispenser
LED indicators for battery and refill status. Maintenance teams check unit status at a glance without opening the casing. Practical across multi-floor washroom networks where physically checking every unit adds up in time.
Remote-Control Fragrance Dispenser
Spray settings adjusted without physical access to the unit. For facility managers overseeing multiple dispensers across a building where changing settings on each unit individually isn't practical.
Sensor-Operated Dispenser
Motion or light sensor triggered. Sprays only when someone enters the space. Cuts refill consumption considerably compared to timed models, making it the better call for lower-footfall areas where a 15-minute timer would burn through canisters unnecessarily.
Features of Fragrance Dispensers
Programmable Spray Intervals
Set to spray every 5, 15, or 30 minutes depending on footfall and room size. A washroom handling 200 users a day needs a different setting than one seeing 30. Most commercial operators start at 15 minutes and adjust based on the first refill cycle.
Compatible with Standard 250ml and 300ml Aerosol Refills
Works with widely available refill cans from Cotton Mist, Godrej aer, Ambi Pur, Airance, and other brands. One refill at a 15-minute spray interval typically lasts 30 to 60 days. Facility teams aren't locked into proprietary cartridges with limited local availability.
Odour Neutralisation, Not Just Fragrance
The practical function isn't scent addition. It's active odour management. A timed aerosol dispenser in a washroom is counteracting organic odour compounds that accumulate with daily footfall. Brands like Cotton Mist and UTEC Systems focus specifically on this in their refill formulations. Euronics hardware works with all of them.
Wall-Mounted Design
Fixed at 150 to 180 cm from floor level. Keeps the unit off counters, clear of cleaning operations, and positioned for effective dispersal across the room. For tight washrooms with no counter space, this is the only viable installation format.
Battery Operated, No Wiring Required: Standard D-size batteries. Installs on any wall without electrical coordination. For retrofit projects across multiple floors, that removes an installation dependency that would otherwise require electrical trades on-site.
Built for Commercial
Volume Not a consumer unit running in a commercial space. Built to run continuously, handle high refill turnover, and hold its position on a wall that gets cleaned daily with commercial-strength products. The construction difference between Airance or Godrej aer and a commercial-grade aerosol dispenser shows up after the first six months of operation.

Installation and Maintenance
Installation
- Select unit type based on footfall and control needs. LCD or remote models for multi-unit facilities. LED indicator models for large washroom networks. Sensor models where refill economy is a priority.
- Mark and fix the wall bracket at the correct height. Standard installation height is 150 to 180 cm from floor level. Too low limits dispersal. Too high makes refill access difficult during routine maintenance.
- Insert batteries and load the refill canister. D-size batteries for most models. Aerosol canister slots into the unit body. Confirm it's seated correctly before closing the casing, a loose canister is the most common cause of spray failure on first activation.
- Set spray interval and operating mode. Programme the timer before the installation is complete. Fifteen-minute intervals are the standard starting point for commercial washrooms. Adjust based on actual consumption after the first full refill cycle.
- Test one spray cycle before handover. Confirm spray activates at the set interval and covers the intended area. Reposition the bracket if the spray is directed at a wall rather than into open space.
Maintenance
- Refill replacement takes under a minute. Open casing, swap canister, close. No tools required. Cleaning teams handle it during routine washroom rounds without a separate maintenance call.
- Battery replacement is straightforward. D-size batteries available at any hardware or convenience store. LED indicator models signal low power before the unit stops working.
- Wipe the nozzle monthly. Aerosol residue accumulates at the spray nozzle and affects dispersal over time. A damp cloth clears it in seconds during routine cleaning.
- Check bracket fixings quarterly. Washroom humidity and daily cleaning chemical exposure work on wall fixings over time. A quick torque check per unit takes under a minute.
Why Choose Euronics Fragrance Dispensers?
-
Part of a complete washroom automation system.
Euronics fragrance dispensers are one component inside a full automated washroom system covering sensor taps, soap dispensers, hand dryers, and hygiene accessories. One supplier, one service contact, one AMC for the entire washroom rather than separate vendor relationships per product category. -
Over two decades in commercial washroom automation.
Not a fragrance brand that added hardware. Euronics has engineered and serviced washroom automation products for 20-plus years across India. Product decisions come from understanding how commercial washrooms actually operate under daily pressure, not from consumer air freshener product logic. -
Installed at IGI Airport Terminal 3, Unity One Mall chains, hospitals, corporate campuses, and institutional facilities across hospitality, healthcare, and transport. Environments where air quality management is part of the facility brief and gets evaluated alongside every other washroom performance metric.
