Shipping options and delivery cost:

Euronics provide multiple shipping options at the time of purchase of any of our products. We provide shipment options like Freight On Delivery (FOD), Prepaid, and Payment on Delivery (POD).
Euronics covers 17000+ pin codes across India, and we carry out our shipment process with a third-party logistics partner. The delivery cost depends on your location and distance from our offices.

Order processing time:

We generally process your orders in a 24-hour time frame. But the processing time can vary on the availability of stock.

Delivery Address:

After placing the order, we provide the option to change the address in case of any mistake. But it is only applicable before the order is dispatched from the manufacturing facility. Once it is given to our logistics partner, the change in address can’t be carried out.

International Orders:

Euronics provide worldwide shipping of our products. The delivery time of International orders can take up to 5 to 7 business days. This may also depend on the process of shipment of the order, i.e., by air or by sea.

Tracking your Order:

After placing your order, our team will be in touch with you regularly. Once your order is packed and processed from our warehouse, you are notified through your e-mail and WhatsApp (which you provide our team after placing your order). The email would also contain the dispatch details like invoice, name of the vendor, delivery time, etc., along with a live tracking link. We also provide a copy of the Proof of Delivery (POD) through your mail.
Once your order is out for delivery by our agent, you will be notified by an alert through your E-mail and Whatsapp.
After the products have been delivered, you will receive a final confirmation mail from our team, ensuring the order reached you in perfect condition.
